For soft woods, such as pine, apply the adhesive to one surface. For hard woods, such as beech, the adhesive must be applied to both surfaces. Spread the adhesive with a comb or spatula. Note: Do not use tools which contain iron to avoid the risk of discolouration. Immediately make the bond and clamp.
