UniBond Repair Epoxy Wood is a fast-setting, two component epoxy adhesive - packaged in a twin chamber syringe. It's ideal for strong, quick bonding and repairing of both hardwoods and softwoods. It's also great for bonding wood to other common surfaces.*

  • 25ml
  • Reactive, fast, non-shrinking epoxy (5 minute)
  • Two components, 1:1 mix ratio
  • Initial set 5 minutes
  • Waterproof and temperature resistant -30°C to +150°C (max +60°C for load bearing bonds)
  • Cured material can be machined (sanded, drilled) and painted
  • Ideal for bonding and repairing hardwoods and softwoods, such as pine, ash, beech, mahogany, oak, sapele, teak, plywood and MDF
  • It is also suitable for bonding wood to other common surfaces, such as wood, leather, metal, glass, ceramics and most plastics

 

*Not suitable for bonding polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and PTFE.

How to Use

  1. Pull out re-sealable cap from syringe plunger and snap off tab from tip of syringe nozzles. Push down plunger slowly to dispense adhesive onto a clean, non-absorbent surface. Only dispense as much adhesive as required. Fix re-sealable cap onto syring nozzles.
  2. Mix adhesive thoroughly using the spatula provide and use immediately.
  3. Apply adhesive carefully to one surface to be bonded. Push both surfaces together firmly. Remove excess adhesive immediately with methylated spirit.
  4. Use self-adhesive tape or clamps to hold in position. Bonded items can be handled after 15 minutes.

Allow 4 hours before rough handling.
